Price & Booking Information

Prices include bed linen, towels, utilities, WIFI and cleaning materials. Starter items including kitchen and bathroom basics are also provided (e.g. toilet and kitchen roll, bin bags, washing up liquid, hand soap etc).

Arrival time is anytime from 16.00 hrs. The key can be collected from the key box on the right hand side of the cottage front door. You will be sent the key box code via text message 24 hrs prior to arrival.

Departure time is no later than 10.00 hrs unless agreed by prior arrangement.

A deposit of £100 will be required to secure your booking. Once a booking has been made it will be held for three working days pending receipt of deposit and booking form. After this other enquiries will be taken, though we will try to contact you before accepting another booking.

A security deposit of £100 is required upon payment of your final balance. This is fully refundable based on the cottage being returned clean (as per arrival) and without damage.

A cleaning fee of £50 applies to each booking.

Pet stays are based on one well behaved dog – fee £25 per stay.

Reductions are available for longer term stays. Please contact us for a quote.

Covid-19 Cleaning We have a thorough Covid-19 cleaning system in place between guests’ stays. This is outlined in the information folder on arrival and can be sent to you in advance on arrival, on request. We ask that guests please stick to the arrival and departure times requested to allow us time to fully clean and air the property. On departure we also ask guests to support our Covid-19 prevention efforts with a few small hygiene actions before departure which also helps protect our housekeeping staff.

Availability & Booking

This availability chart is kept up to date as accurately as possible.

TO BOOK: Please email your preferred dates to [email protected] Once agreed simply complete the booking form HERE and send it along with the required payment (see deposit and full payment details on the Booking Terms and Conditions page) via email to the above address.

If you enquire about a date and wish to book we will be pleased to hold your preferred dates for a maximum of 24hrs to allow online payment and the booking form to be completed.

Your booking is guaranteed upon receipt of a signed booking form and either deposit or full payment (as agreed). You will receive email confirmation that both have arrived safely.

CANCELLATION; In the event of needing to cancel due to a government travel ban or lockdown relating to the Covid-19 pandemic you will receive a full refund including any deposit paid. Cancellations made for any other reason follow our standard cancellation policy which can  be found in our Booking Terms and Conditions (click below). We recommend you take holiday insurance to cover this eventuality.
